Hughes E86

Anyone know how to do a hard rebbot for the Hughes E86. Trying to change locals and it won't let go of the present ones. Tried unplug for 2 hours and the hold power and down button at same time. Thanks.

To change the local's on the E-86 go thru the menu to the local's setup and select clear locals. To Reboot the E-86 hit the Action and then the Power button, this will reset the receiver but will not reset the locals.
