Help!!! cant get altamate working

i have a ultamate DWD490RE
i cant get it to work with my p-3 card
i have heard of a reboot or something.
how can i get this working.

Call DirecTv and they will send you a new P4 card ;)

Your best bet is to call dtv and try to get it activated but they wont, they'll offer to send you a new p4 so dont even bother, or get a p4 which makes no difference.
