OK, I've read through the stickies at the beginning of the forum, I've skimmed through all the posts here, and I still have a few questions whose answers were not apparent in any other posts or stickies.
1) Are only certain DTivo units P3/HU compatible? Or is that compatibility determined by the OS on the TiVo unit?
2) If I connect DTivo unit to my home network via a USB to ethernet adapter, will it try to "dial out" via that connection?
3) Is any DTivo unit more recommended than others, or does it not matter?
