Signal Fluctuating

I live in Toronto. I had signal problems last night. Transponder is 101A . . . signal strength is 89 . . . but it kept fluctuating . . . so the images are disrupted. What do you think is the problem ? I have the dish for 3 years and this is the first time I am having this problem. Please help.

Lately there have been a few days and times of the day when signal fluctuates abnormaly, and that's probably due to solar activity since DTV hasn't reported any problems on their satellites. That's all I know for the moment.
