I have a new fresh tivo, I am hacking. I am using a western digital spare disk(has been low-level formatted), instead of the maxtor. I have installed the extreme 2.5 on it, but when I plug it in, it just sits there on the "Welcome. Powering up..." I followed the step laid out, any answers?
