Downloadable Program/Channel Guide

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone knew of a site thats updated constantly, where I might be able to download and or print off a weekly Channel program listing that would pretty much tell me what was scheduled to play on any of the Dishnet regular channels as well as the PPV's.
I am using Echostar 7 119.0 degrees W.
(Also wondering about the same question RE: Bell ExpressVU)...

Well, here is the source:

Just pick your setup and go. You can't discern the 119 from other sats,
however.
