No signal in a decoder

Hi,
I have an old DirecTV receiver (RCA dxd402ra), it was working normally but after 3 months of no use I am getting no signal (0) on it. I tried with a different decoder and it works at the same connection. what should I do? (I already tried all kind of resets)

Make sure you are connecting to the SATELLITE IN on the back of the unit NOT the ANT IN.
This units are for the most part unrepairable, meaning the replacement cost is less than minimum shop time for someone to even look at it.
