Can anyone tell me if the single lnb Star Choice system can receive Dishnetwork.
Also what about the dual LNB Star Choice system, is it capable of getting both 110 and 119 Dishnetwork or Directv?
If any of this is possible how would on go about it?

No not possible, Star Choice uses linear Polarity and DishNet uses Circular Polarity.
DishNet, DTV and ExpressVu all use Circular Polarity, the INDIVIDUAL LNB's are interchangable, with the exception of SATC-DTV LNB.
As far as the Dual Sat Dish itself you could remove the Star Choice LNBs and replace them with 2 of the above LNBs, before removing LNB measure the distance of the Feed horn (white plasic cover on LNB) from the dish and from the support arm, then try to get the replacement LNBs to line up as close as possible to those measurements.
DTV uses a different type of switching to change LNB/Sat selection, and it is not compatable with DishNet/ExpressVu.
DishNet has a Dual Satellite LNB called DISH PRO it is NOT compatable with older Dishnet receivers

Starchoice is also a totally differant frequency range than DTV/DiSH/Bev
