119, 110, and 91 with elliptical dish

Is there anyway anyone could please tell me the elevation azimuth and skew to pick up 119,110 and 91 with a elliptical dish (18x20) with 3 seperate lnbs. I am aware that I need the SW21 switch for the 119 and 110 but cant seem to nail down all the locations. I have searched high and low and cant seem to find the info.
