I have a dish pro 301 receiver. I forgot my Locks password. How do I re-set or change the password?

Well I use to be able to tell you where it was in the memory dump screen but seems that they have moved it so heres how to clear it but I will also delete favorite lists and you will need to do a check switch.

Press Menu (6) (3) info, browse, Theme
you will see memory dump and device status
now press Info, select, TV/VIDEO, select
Unplug for 10 sec and then its done
do a check switch and reset the passwords

It does not work, maybe is a different software.
