Hi all,

I downloaded the .iso and read the faq's, but I'm getting an error with 25Xtreme.

My target drive is a Maxtor 40 gig drive - the standard in the HDVR40. Anyway, when I select this as the target drive, I get an error that the target drive is too small.

Do I really need a bigger HD to install the scripts? Or is there something else I can do?

Sounds like the drive is locked. What size is it reporting it to be. There is a faq about unlocking a locked maxtor drive in the tivo upgrades faq
