Ok I'm think of getting a XM Roady in my car
I live in Ontario what do I need, I have no US address
this may be taboo is there a way to "hack" it

No hack.
You would need some sort of US address or at least borrow the address of a US friend. You can also rent US address boxes from most mail centers like mail box etc. Most people pay via credit cards for the service.
Aside form that, you just need the equipment and the rest is simple.

With this satlite radio in the cars is it ok in Canada? or is it maybe like the tv satilite from US? On my internet radio I like the blues all the time stations. is the satelite have the blues all the time stations?

Right at the moment, you do require a US address.
However, both XM and Sirius have partnered up with Cdn companies and are expected to be allowed to sell into canada beginning next year. As part of the deal, they will add some Canadian English and French channels to their lineup, which will also be available to their US customers.
Yes, they have blues and a number of other jazz stations. Here is a rundown of their lineup
