Cannot receive satellite 119

I had Dish Network installed at my house. They installed a 522 receiver and a 310 receiver at my house, I bought a second antenna with a "quad LMB with 2 outputs" and installed this 2nd antenna in another building with a 510 receiver attached. I have signal on sat 110 of 97 or better, and it goes to the green. I have signal on sat 119 but it does not lock. Why???????

PS: I receive some channels but not all like I do at my house.

Quad with 2 outs.....................I would tend to believe that there will be (4) on the back of that L-N-B, with that being said, your location not being known..............you lock in to birdy 119....then hold on and sneeze and that should get you all dialed in to 110. SERiuOSLY I would check you LNB again, and dial in your dish (500)via your calculations for your area ie: skew and elev. Go and double check your settings , check out the sig strength. Sometimes can be a freakin' pain in thearse but patience will set you up for free !!!
