Would it be possible to have the newsgroup forums excluded from the 'New Posts' query ?

It should already be seperated out. which newsgroup is coming up when you click on new posts?

How are you executing the query?

I have the "new posts" link on the main navbar at the top of the site set to filter out the newsgroups postings. Are you using a seperate query than that one?

That was it. I had bookmarked the new posts link and was just using


http://forums.digitalinsurrection.com/forum/search.php?do=getnew

It's working now if I use that New Posts link. Sorry bout that. Thanks.

Just FYI, the Quick Links -> New Posts doesn't have the exclude querystring in it.

Yeah, I left one with and one without in case someone wanted to look thru the newsgroup posts as well
