No LIGHTS!!!!

Upgraded HD 2 months ago.

Everything working perfectly.

Now, fan runs, HD spinning(I can hear it).

No Lights, No signal from unit.

What the hell?

Have you checked the "white" ribbon cable that connects the front panel to the main board? It may have been dislodged or disconnected completely. This happened to me awhile back when I did a drive swap I knocked the damn ribbon cable out which made my TiVo LOOK dead.
