I installed a older single LBN in ontario, Canada and using a new receiver that I brought up from home (Buffalo, NY). The receiver is active but when we installed dish which we have strong singles in 1-16 transponder.....when I get to the setup step # 9 when it is suppose to downloand pprograms it never gets passed 0 %. Do I need to do a "repeat satellite dish setup" because it was originally setup to the satellite I had at home?
