Missing channels

The cable running from our receiver to our satellite got disconnected and now we only receive channels from satellite 61.5, even after I hooked it up EXACTLY as we had it before. I've tried just about everything, even resetting the receiver, but I cant get a signal from the other satellites. PLEASE help

You talking about a dish net install?? If so, just re-run the check-switch in the setup menu
