I want to convert from XM to Sirius. I have an antenna that is very dificult to replace. So, I was wondering if you need to change antennas or can you use the same one. The model I am talking about is XM Micro Antenna & Splitter Combo.

Yes, unfortunately you will need to change the antenna. Both services use different satellites.

Search the web...you can get a low profile Sirius antenna for like 19 bucks... pretty reasonable...plus who wants an inferior XM antenna????????
