Can someone tell me what transponders are the best to fine tune 110 and 119 on for dishnet? I'm 200 Kms north east of Regina in Yorkton Sask I'm running a 18 for 110 and a 24 for 119.

Any help would be great!

the default transponder is the one that is best. as soon as you turn on your receiver the best transponder will autocmatically default.

Q. what is your dish pointing "look angle?"; as i am in Yellowknife and need to find the best look angle. i have not been able to locate either satellite 110 or 119 but have found 148, though 148 is of no use to me. Can you help?

As far as the transponder, your DishNetwork receiver should automatically identify which transponder(s) are available etc...

For the "dish pointing" question I believe I posted an answer on another thread about Yellowknife Canada but here we go again

For both satellites 110 and 119 using a dish500 like dish with two duo LNBFs you need to point your dish to Azymuth 180.07 and Elevation 19.25
Calculator found at: http://www3.telus.net/rampage/skew.htm

Here is a picture of a Dish500 dish:

Not to be confused with a Dish500 Dishpro:
