Things had been working fine for months until ......
About one week ago, I have lost the all channels on my Dishnetwork 301 system which is coupled to a twin dish unit (dual lnb). When I scroll through the channels, I see the description of the channel appear for a moment with a blue screen and then a few seconds later its just a blue screen (no sound). The menu system works and I have confirmed satellite lock and signal strength above 100. When running a checkswitch it reads something like:
LNBSTAT1
DPTWIN1 119 Even/Odd
DPTWIN 110 Even/Odd
1:50 9/23 7:50 9:23 Lost Signal.
This is cryptic because I'm trying to debug this system over the phone for a person who is in early stage Alsheimers.
Any clues would be helpfull and maybe save me a 200 mile trip.
