Reception at Work

I haven't bought my setup yet, but I have a question. At work, I am about 100 feet from the nearest outside wall and window. Will I be able to get reception at my desk?

If you are refering to the length of cable from the dish to the receiver, it can be up to 150' with no other special equipment needed.
