Yahoo getting sued in France.

Was doing some surfing and found an article about Yahoo getting sued in France over a law requiring them to block people in France from getting to Nazi or anti-holocast information.

Man will this suck if they can sue them and get the US to uphold the verdict, since Yahoo has 0 offices in France.

Good point, but its France and they feel they are right and Yahoo is wrong. I just hope Yahoo wins, my guess is they will lose. Then the France court will request the US courts to upheld the verdict.

that sort of nonsense should be required reading for everyone. How else will we (everyone) learn that it is ----! To keep it from the population will just serve to make it more real.
