Update on Discount Sat?

I hear that the ruling about discountsatellite was handed down in Alberta the other day?

Anybody know what the ruling was?

This refers to money that was sent in to pay for products to be sold by Discount and as no products were delivered I would conclude that either the Receiver or DirecTv themselves would have acted fraudulently if they had kept this money. But they DID keep it until now.

I guess it took a court ruling to get them to PART with the customers money
