IF you just bought and activated your unit and are having problems please call 1-888-539-7474 to speak with someone in technical support/product support/customer care to help trouble shoot with you, or just take the unit back to the retailer you purchased it from with in the first 30 days. (like you would anything else you purchase in a store)


Just PLEASE make sure to stand your ground IF product support attempts to promise you the world and then transfer you to the in-warranty department.


In Warranty can ONLY handle your problem after 31 days of activation on certain models, the others are refered back to the manufacturer.


And please please please, IF the unit came from Radio Shack it must go back to Radio Shack - they are under contract with Sirius to handle the entire 12 month warranty.

Product Support has lost their mind and is telling customers anything and everything just to get them off their line.
