Newbie needs some help

Ok, I had a dish 300 system and am replacing it with a dish 500 fta system. Here is the problem. I cannot locate sat 119 with the 500 dish. I had strong signal with the dish 300, but now since I am replacing it with a dish 500 with a quad. I mean I am not getting ANY signal at all? :(
I live in Bham Alabama, the elevation is 41 and the Az is 223. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
I'm beginning to think that it could be a problem with the Quad LNB. Or, maybe could it be a problem with the Skew? ?
Should I put the dish 300 back up and see if that is the problem?

first of all ... what are you trying to do ... why change the dish ......is the new dish a (dish pro) lnb ... is your receiver (dish pro) compatible
if you are trying to pick up only one sat skew probably wount be a problem
if you are trying to get 110 & 119 then you need to set the skew probably around 125 or so
