View Full Version : URGENT! S50 won't get a channel

I've activated my S50. It is powered up, receiving strong signal and channel 184 is on. Problem is I cannot tune to any other channels. Unit says "channel not subscribed" for all channels. Customer Service doesn't answer. I'm at a loss. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I know with all the people signing up recently that there was up to a 9 hour delay in actual activation. Don't know how long you have been waiting, but that might be the problem.

I had the same problem at first....Call and have them reset your recevier. They send a new packet to you to update the receiver. This worked for me. You can have the normal customer care rep do this for you...

I had a similar issue but a quick phone call resolved the issue. The S50 is a awesome device, has a few little quirky things but the good over shadows the bad by far.
