If you can't find any "home kits" and don't want to wait any longer to listen to your Sirius signal at home, do what I did.
Powered the unit with a Radio Shack 12V power supply. By attaching car-lighter adapter with a open ends (spliced open wires) to the back postive (+) and negavite(-) screws of the powersupply you simulate the current from the car.
Stick the car antenna out the window (or not). The FM transmitter reaches all the radios in my condo, so I can tune it in on alarm clocks and my stereo.
