Hi Everyone,
Just some interesting information I was told today from a very reliable source and good friend. His brother-in-law is a Federal Prosecutor in Edmonton who is now on vacation here. When I mentioned the law suits going on here he jumped to attention and said "I received a letter about that around a month and a half ago." It said that if any prosecutor was involved in any of these Satellite cases he should immediately "put it aside" and not spend any more money on it.
The letter said that rulings were expected shortly from Quebec that would decide the law and there was NO POINT to spending any more government funds on this issue until it is settled.
Well NO ---- captain Blithe!!!! It was declared LEGAL by courts in Canada years ago. What is different this time.
When he is back from Vacation I hope to get a copy of this letter which I will immediately POST!!
Any idiot could or SHOULD have known that for quite some time now. No need to seize 30 or 40 people only to find out that they were operating legally and get your "ass sued off."

So this may well be the reason that there have NOT been any search and seizures practiced by the peppersprayers lately.
