Well Im running alittle late, but fixin to head out in a miniut or two on my fourteen hundred mile trip. Hopefully Ill make it back sometime next week. Ill drink a beer(alot of beer) for everybody. So everyone take care...stay cool....and will catch ya later....

Well I made it back alive.(four tickets and alot of beer later)I was surprized that I didnt get many replys to this, Didnt anybody else on this forum go. Three of my buddies were there and they tell me it was a good time. One of the three had been out for on a trip for 3 weeks b4 he hit Sturgis. One of the local waitresses, at a greasy spoon I go to, sent her husband there. She said he needed to go !!!! I think she was talking about the rally.
I haven`t been to SD yet, but I have been to a lot of other rallies. I had someone pestering me to sell my rig, so I did. Made some serious cash. I sold another bike to a dealer in Virginia. Gotta deliver it this weekend. I`ve got my sights on having a totally custom bike hand built for me locally. I just can`t decide on how much horsepower I need. I`m thinking about 125 to 140. Can`t let those rice rockets pass me !!!! I`m pushing 108 bhp now, on the last one left, and need more.
I`ll keep my eyes open for you.

They had alot of those ground pounders there. We stoped in one place that was puting them together. A lot of them had the gas tanks with two nitrous bottles molded in to the sides of the tanks. Pretty trick looking. I to have been looking into building one. Im a dealer for aftermarket motorcycle parts. I keep looking a the diferant frame kits and havnt found one I really like yet. I thought about geting a night train and changing it to what I want. I really like that bike. If you get something in the HP range your talking about, You better hold on tight......
If you decide to get a factory S&S motor...Let me shoot you a price....Till then ...keep the rubber side down and the shiny side up!!!!
