I tried to listen online today but username and or password didnt work. I called Sirius and a guy walked me though how to do it online. (which I had just did) He went ahead and reset or created a new user and Password. Still didnt work. I was on the phone for a total of about an hour (including the first call waiting on the phone for 25 min and no answer, finally hung up). Finally I was transferd to someone else. And he proceded to tell me that there "system was down and couldnt help me, call back in 3 hours"...... Anyone else have any issues with online listening? This is my first day of Siruis, Im amazed at all the channels, WOW such a variety.

The online listening thing on both XM and Sirius is ok, not worth paying full price, but good for a bonus in addition to your sub. I personally dont like how you need to keep a browser window open in order to listen to it though.

I haven't been able to get the siurius page to load for days now. I'm on a fast T1 line with a huge, fast PC, too.
It was working fine, and then one day, zzzip, it's just dead. I keep forgetting to bring my membership number, so I haven't called Sirius. But I have tried a variety of browsers (IE, Firefox, Opera) and I always get the same result -- no page load, or a partial load with 'errors on page.'
I did get a listen bar a couple of times, but when I clicked on it, nada.
I've tried from various PCs, too, so I know it's not just my subnet.
Oh well. I'll bring the number tomorrow and call Sirius.

I too am having trouble with the sirius player but my problem is not in loading the page or passwords. My problem is that the player loads but nothing plays. I am using bit defender with firefox and/or IE with the same results. I have tried clearing my cookies but to no avail. Has this happened to anyone else?
