ExpressVu Install problem

I purchased an ExpressVu PVR 9220 system

I installed the additional LNB and had it pointed
( both signals come in at 95% , I tested this by connecting directly to the PVR sat-in inputs )

My problem is when I connect the satelite cables to the switch SW44. The switch appears to be filtering signals.
I connected by old 3000 receiver and tested the signals .
It was missing transponder signals as well.


Any ideas ?

Firstly, reset the switch by unplugging for 20 seconds and then plug in and run the "check switch" program. If this does not cure the problem. Reverse the two satellite cable inputs into the pvr and follow the procedure again. This worked on my 9220.
