Problems with local channels in Milwaukee

I have one older DVR receiver and on new DVR receiver. Now almost everyday when I tune into my local channels they are in slow motion/choppy. It happens to both receivers at the same time so I don't think it is a receiver problem. I have reset both receivers, reset the mutilswitch (only about 6 months old) and nothing helps. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm in MKE and am having a similar problem with my new H20 reciever. I get freeze frames multiple times a minute, it's very difficult to watch.

It never happened with my H10. I am diplexing the off the air antenna with the satellite signal. Direct TV thinks that may be the problem but it's a major undertaking to run the OTA antenna to the H20.

Are you multiplexing/diplexing the OTA with the Sat? If so what happens if you don't do that...does it clear up? Can you test it?
