Please help. no signal from 61.5 sat.

Ok i live in NY zip 10023. i looked up online and called dish network and i've been told that the Elv. is 41 and Azi. is 174. i was told the skew doesn't matter. is this right?

i set the elv. on 41 and i pointed towards the very south, which i believe is 180. i moved the dish carefully left then right + - at least 15 degrees. all i was able to get was Bell ExpressVu 82 then 92. but no Echostar 3 61.5. what i'm i donig wrong?

other things i know: rec. is 311. it says dish 500 on the dish. it has a twin head with 110 and 119. the piece is set on the 119 head.

Ok first off if the dish you are trying to point is your Dish 500 with a twin LNB you are pointing your main dish not you 2nd(61.5 dish), your Elv and Azi is right and skew does not matter because skew is only used if the dish is looking at 2 sat locs (110 & 119) aka Dish 500, you should find your smaller Dish (2nd) to pick up 61.5.
