Hi, there. I just entered this forum because I'm trying to get rid of all companies that explore this business, either cable or satelite, using vicious means to scramble, unscramble, and all the stuff that goes with it. I'm sick and tired to pay for good "uninterrupted programs" and all I get is a lot of commercial crap and tedious repetition of what will shown next on channel ...
I think your are lucky to receive "about 20" channels, at least they are FREE of fees and commercials (or at least I think they are). I would much appreciate knowing how you managed to do that, as this is why I entered this forum.
Best regards
If you prefer, drop me an e-mail here in Brazil.

There is a new channel that actually run movies all day long and does not run any commercials during the movies. So, if you only get a few channels one of them ought to be on T-7 Loral skynet. See the website at www.starnetwork.tv.

The only thing that is a bummer is that they don't publish their schedule ahead of time. I hope they will get it together.

They run a lot of 70's and 80's made for TV movies with TV stars. But, even their 'b' pictures look better without a bunch of commercials.

Satellite: T-7 at 129 degrees
Frequency: 11989-
Symbol rate: 2821
Horizontal Polarization -------------
Star TV Audio:----Is on audio 1 right

TalkStar Radio: Is on audio 2 right-

Is anyone else watching this one? How are they going to make any money?

There is a channel that does it right. the play NO commercials IN the movies. Just in between.

If people watch the movies and stay for some of the commercials they can make money and stay FREE.

If we talk up this channel, and tjey make it ... others will copy them
