Sirius satellite radio today announced yet another piece of content has
been added to its stable of streams.

Cort TV Morning show added to the line-up

"........Said Henry Schleiff, Court TV Chairman and CEO, "We are so
pleased to extend our already long-standing relationship with SIRIUS,
one of the most cutting-edge purveyors of entertainment in the world.
Not only is this a wonderful opportunity to expand our brand, but as a
long term fan of Howard Stern, I think it will be fun for him and his
listeners to have a Court TV lawyer on the premises, every morning!"

Court TV Morning Radio joins an already extensive lineup of Court TV
content on SIRIUS. Currently on Court TV Radio, Channel 110,
subscribers can listen to live broadcasts of Court TV's daytime
programming including trial coverage, Catherine Crier Live(SM), Bloom &
Politan: Trial Heat(R), Open Court(R), Banfield & Ford: Courtside(SM),
Jami Floyd: Best Defense(SM) and Nancy Grace: Closing Arguments(R), as
well as the network's longest running series, the highly rated Forensic
Files(R).

Politan, who is an attorney, joined Court TV in January of 2001 as a
correspondent covering the nation's most high-profile cases including
the Hockey Dad, the Michael Skakel Murder Trial, Danielle Van Dam
Murder, the Sean Puffy Combs case, the so-called 20th hijacker Zacarias
Moussaoui, the Pedophile Priest in Massachusetts, the 9-11 Ceremonies
at Ground Zero, the Scott Peterson case and the Kobe Bryant case. Prior
to joining Court TV, Vinnie worked as an AP Award winning reporter and
anchor for Central Florida News 13 in Orlando.

Court TV Morning Radio is the latest addition to the stellar lineup of
groundbreaking morning radio programming SIRIUS has to offer. Other
original shows include The Howard Stern Show, Martha Stewart Living
Radio's Morning Living, the forthcoming Cosmo Mornings from
Cosmopolitan Magazine, OutQ in the Morning for the gay community, and
Open Road Cafe, a morning show for truckers on SIRIUS Trucker........"

Massive content edge?

Says who, you?

** Thanks, Dave, for that line...I noticed you're only using on XM claims.

Here are a few opinions.....

Time.com

"In my own test, Sirius edged out XM in performance and song
selection."

New York Magazine

"You will want to choose Sirius.....The programming is superior"

Men's Fitness

"Sirius is the hands down winner, with better mix of music, talk and
sports"

Edmunds.com

"The overall win is Sirius for its edgier and more suprising content,
and its much better choices in sports and talk"

Consumer Reports

"Those surveyed said Sirius was a better value for the money"

You can find a few, I can find a few.

These are peoples personal opinions just like yours and mine. And their
opinions, like yours, are subject to the "more expensive means better"
mentality.

If one evaluates the content on a side-by-side basis, the story is a
different one.

For example, many will just conclude that "NFL is bigger than MLB, therefore
Sirius wins pro sports with NFL". But they don't stop to consider that
people don't listen to NFL games on the radio but they do listen to MLB
games.

They think of Sirius as having NPR, yet, they conveniently don't realize
that NPR's most important programming isn't part of it.

I heard a guy on TV last week talk about Sirius having the "NCAA", when in
reality, XM has far more NCAA coverage, by a mile, than does Sirius.

But the music is where the real differences are.

Looks like we may be heading back to the 4s.

You're misrepresenting the facts, as usual.

Sirius has selected teams. XM has entire conferences that include those
teams unless two of SIRI's teams are playing each other (which are
frequently big games that are televised nationally anyway).

ACC, Pac10, BigTen, BigEast, all exclusive except for the few games where a
SIRI team plays another SIRI team (usually big games that are televised
anyway). Figure it out.

Please take a moment to notice the conferences listed.

Your Big East Confernce XM "exclusive is limited by the way.....

Washington D.C., February 13, 2006 -- XM Satellite Radio (NASDAQ:
XMSR), the nation's largest satellite radio service with more than 6
million subscribers, announced today that it has signed a long-term
agreement with The BIG EAST Conference. The BIG EAST sponsorship
provides XM with the exclusive satellite radio broadcast rights to the
BIG EAST Men's and Women's Basketball Championships along with select
regular season games during football and basketball season. As "The
Official Satellite Radio Service of The BIG EAST Conference," XM will
have marketing rights to all BIG EAST Championship events, and
promotional use of the BIG EAST marks, media and other proprietary
marketing assets. Nelligan Sports Marketing, Inc., who represents the
official BIG EAST Sponsorship Program, brokered this agreement for the
Conference.

You see, it gives exclusive rights to some selected games only.

Edsger Dijkstra

The Big East deal, AFAIK, is precisely like the others. Games which aren't
between two teams Sirius has contracted privately with will be on XM.

If I make a mistake I'm glad to retract it. Do you have evidence that I
did?

SIRI will carry a few games. XM will carry most.

Thanks.

Look at the big east site.....Look at the Sirius site.....Look at the
XM site......

XM got an exclusive on the big east championship games....

Sirius carries the Big East.

You stated that Sirius went after select teams......They did do this,
BUT they also have deals with 5 Conferences.

Your assertion was that XM has more NCAA coverage than Sirius. Can you
back that up?

1. I think you left off part of XM's Feb. Schedule.

2. Why do you exclude Women's games?

3. The essence of the difference (besides the women's games) is one
Saturday -- don't you think it would make more sense if you compared more
than one week?

Sirius sucks. I got a year subscription for christmas, and it blows. Each
channel that I want to use, they play the same tired bands and the same
tired songs every day, all day, all week, all month. It is worse than FM
radio. They took a great concept and flushed it down the toilet.
