I feel like a peon. What are the classifications to this discussion forum and how many posts are required for each?

Yo Bugman, we were all peons at one time............. Everyone starts out at "0". But after time, you will climb the ranks. It isn't how many posts you have, it is the knowledge you learn, and give back to others that makes you knowledgeable. This is like school all over again. A lot of reading, and a lot of homework. But it is rewarding at times. Being able to answer someones question about a problem.

Whatever. Mmmm.....I still feel like a peon! Another question, I know what a Paramedic is; what the heck is a Muggles? Is that human?

Alright, one more, what in the Sam Hill do you do for a living that you can have 2000+ posts?

I own an Electronics Company. Seeing as how I am the boss, I can sit and play all day long.

I always thought of bug as a noun... but now I remember it can also be a verb! I'm pretty sure flyswatter is a noun! Hmmmm.... :D

Not to get nosey but what is a BugMan? Are you a bug collector? Are you an entomologist? Are you the Orkin man? Are you one of those people with a bug stomping fetish? Are you maybe.....Jeff Goldbloom?

Executioner-

Didn't the spell checker you touted today in another thread tell you that Jeff GOLDBLUM is "The FLY?"

To be honest I don't know how to spell his name. Everything I looked up spelled it Goldbloom. (I tried to check it out before I posted it but I was on to much of a role with the whole bug thing).

And while I'm being honest, I spell like a 3 year old. A B C then I'm lost. So I have NO problem pointing out someone's spelling mistake (when it's in the right place and time to do so) because I'm in the same boat as they are. I'm not bashing anyone at all. It's just been kinda slow and I'm trying to keep it fun. (Aren't that what hobbies are about)? Hell, I've had the most fun today on this site then I've ever had.

That is why I hit the spell checker so hard. It's all in fun anyway.

I was also given the name BugMan. It is because I like bugs, no, not the creepy ones, the ones made in Germany that have made a recent comeback. I currently own two (1956 & 1963), but have owned several others: 1956, 1959, 1963, 1964, 1966.

VWs?

The insect theme was a lot more fun.

Since I grew up watching "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea," I preferred the 1958 version of "The Fly" starring David Hedison.

Richman, I would think that you would like bugs; you have a lot in common; Simplicity. I can't think of any old car that is more common than the VW Beetle. Besides, Elvis, with all his fame, money and exotic car collection, owned a VW Beetle. My '63 beetle has over 200,000 miles on the original engine; it just won't die. It is funny how such a simple machine (VW Beetle) can make people so frustrated into hating them.

Has anyone else ever noticed that VW owners kinda look like the car? I guess thats better than looking like an insect. It's bugman's day.

Lets not make fun of the bug cars now. After all, it gives us with real cars something to laugh at. 450 horsepower Mustang.

Ah,the bug` my first car, it was a 1963,64,65,66.
The only vehical I ever owned that would still go while 75% of its parts stayed on the side of the road!

(careful feeding and watering of your boojum prevents exotic diseases.)
