No ... 6MM+ vs 3.5MM isn't XM trying to catch up to anyone ... they're

Nobody said they were "fixing" anything. Apparently, they are just taking
advantage of their ability to offer more programming than the competition.

The general consensus (read: overwhelming consensus) at places including
Sirius Backstage is that XM has better sound quality[1]. I wonder if adding
up to ten full-bandwith channels might level the field.
