Have A Signal but not on B or C??

I installed the new 5 LNB dish to replace my 3 lnb dish. I am receiving satellite A 101 with 95% signal. However, I cannot for the life of me get any signal for B or C. I know the 4th and 5th LNB does not operate yet here in Denver so I am not worried about that. I just need to bet B and C running somehow so I get my HD channels that I had with my 3 LNB dish. Any adjustments I make affect the signal strength on my 101 satellite so I dont know what else to do. I have a tech comming Thursday but if I can figure this out then I can save the fees for the tech visit. Any suggestions out there?

first off be sure thet the 2 cables from the attached lnb are plugged in top to top & bottom to bottom (that is the little wires from lnb to lnb )
next check your tilt & elevation ...

follow instruction on arith... elevation & tilt course adjustments ... just doing the course adjustments will set up the three a,c,b sats.
