View Full Version : XM's Production Sucks!
David

It is the worst feeble attempt at the craft of radio anywhere.
It makes listening to the talk tier painful. It sends me screaming
back to AM radio.
The background music (usually a generic disco production bed) is
usually totally inappropriate for the words.
The promos are played way too often. After the 3rd or 4th time they
are a dialout.
Often, they promote programs which have already played. Lack of
attention to detail is a slap in the face of the listener.

Holy Jeez, if it's that bad cancel your subscription and sell your XM
equipment on eBay already. Your incessant whining about problems that many
of us don't hear is tiresome - I suggest therapy and pharmaceutical
intervention if it really bothers you so much. The only thing worse than
seeing another one of your XM-bashes on this NG is my stupidity in actually
replying to it so I guess in this singular instance I'm just as much to
blame.
Do you honestly believe that your bitching about XM is really changing
anyone's mind about the service? If you do then you are just as deluded as
those who post here complaining just as much about Sirius. I guess it's
killfile time for you.
Life if too short to be complaining so much for so little reason. Call your
therapist, take a drink, and take a nap.

Hi Jonny!
I'm actaully hoping that someone at XM will agree with me and fix it.
I don't care about changing anyone's mind.
You're awfully defensive. Have you fallen in love?

Who even notices anything after the talking is done? If they go to
commercial or promo, just tune to another channel for a few minutes.
Have fun with AM. haha.

I will trade you: your poor production for Sirius's poor programming.

Some of us work for a living and can't be getting up every 7 minutes
to change channels. Besides, virtually all talk programs are on the
same wheel.

Certainly. Track down some of my previous responses on the subject, and I
give some GREAT examples. No need to go through the whole thing again.

Here, as you seem to be too lazy to look at posts from just a few days ago.
