Help!!

I haven't a clue how to start finding out what I need to know (I can't even find my way around this site properly or which forum to start with!).

I'm going to live in Odessa in the Ukraine for an indefinite period.

I don't speak Ukrainian or Russian.

All the cable, satellite and free-to-air TV is overdubbed in Ukrainian or Russian

I'll go nuts without English language TV.

I want to find out if I can buy a satellite dish and attach some kind of smart card so I can receive English language satellite TV from Europe.

Is there is a Good Samaritan out there who will help me find a way of answering to this question? If so please email me direct at
