Fat chance. The guy is doing anything he can to get his name back before
the public. The King of All Media has found himself with maybe 10% of his
previous listener base -- scarcely more than his hated rivals Opie &
Anthony.
He's going to need a lot of lawsuits to make this sorry assed deal pay off.

The ''deal'' has already ''paid off''. That's why he got the
accellerated stocks, which are the basis for the lawsuit.

"Paid off" for Howard. Not for Sirius.

Scarcely more?????????? You never fail to deliver with your dumb
fantasy based proclamations frontmed.
Opie and Anthony didn't even get 50,000 of their millions of old fans
to sign up for them in their first few months when they were on the
premium channel (and were available for cheaper than they are today at
the then monthly $10 + the $2 premium fee).
That 1-2% interest in listening was from their fans at the beginning
when the "O&A Effect" (BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!) was in full effect.
Imagine how few listeners that they have subsequently gathered from a
generally uninterested general population of XM subscribers who for the
most part had never heard of O&A and subscribed for commercial free
music. I guarantee you it's a lot lower than the 1-2% interest that
their old fans had.
Given the spectacular failure of O&A to attract subscribers in their
first few months, it would be generous to suggest that they currently
have 100,000 listeners, which would put them at somewhere between 5-10%
of the listeners that Stern has at Sirius, so Stern's listener numbers
are at least an order of magnitude more, not "scarcely more".
