Let's skip the value of the air time and use of facilities and staff which
you conveniently refuse to acknowledge. What about all of the listeners who
tuned out Hoohoo because they got sick of listening to him shill (note:
unless you can provide hard numbers don't deny there were a lot of them)?
Lost listeners means decreased value of air time. THUS CBS was damaged by
the lost revenue due to Hoohoo failing to provide an entertaining show
