Watch out for the ARPU and SAC ramifiactions

today I called up Listener Care.
I said, "I need a free RoadyXT added to my Family Plan". It took all of
5 minutes. I paid $42 (6 months * $7 fee) + $10 shipping. No activation
fee.
I think for that, everyone ought to get one or two. Today."
