Are you a mother, are you a father?
Have you ever feel what is the loss of son?
Do you know that the cost of the war on Iraq only till 1-1-2006 is 233.510.455.921 Dollars ?
Do you know that 60% of the americans voted against the war on Iraq ?
where is the so-called democracy?
Why?
The answer is clear: the only beneficiaries are the merchants of the wars like buch , cheny and ramsfeld and .. and…..
Because regarding them
war= money, Peace= nothing
we pay taxes and pay our sons lifes to Bush's account
َAt the end i say to you:
To all mothers and fathers of the soldiers let us stop this dirty war killing our sons and say NO to bush and his government

Bush, Cheney, Rumsfield, Rice and all their crew should be impreached and put on trial for war crimes. Slobodan Milosevic was on trial for war crimes for starting wars that killed only a fraction of the people that Bush and his cronies have.

God willing, the democrats will pull their heads out of the sand long enough to take back the house or senate, hopefully both and impeach all these b a s tards

If this happens, the tough thing will be deciding what crime to try them for first, starting an illegal war, lying to congress about the reasons for going to war, their role in 9/11, Domestic spying, Katrina, Torture, illegal prisons, voting fraud etc. With a democratic controlled congress and investigations, they should be able to unearth enough to put these criminals away for 500 years each.

Bush's backers put him in, hoping to create a worldwide radical fundamentalist christian American Empire. Unfortunately, Bush's low brain power caused him to bungle nearly everything and now its all coming crashing down, just like every other business he has run. Every single one, run into the ground, just like hes doing to the U.S.

He thinks hes God and untouchable, yet to dumb to realize that when ---- really starts hitting the fan, his head will be the first on the chopping block.

Amen to that! It's high time the House and Senate strapped on a set, and begin impeachment proceedings post haste.

The Republican majority, who up until recently were in lock-step with this inept administration, and now even they are seeing that they've been duped, and how incompetent this administration really is. More and more Republicans are trying hard to distance themselves from the administration, but in the end this whole fiasco is going to cost them dearly in November. If the Democrats take back control of the House and Senate, I think it's all but certain they will get the ball rolling. I'm not sure why something hasn't been started yet; only one that I can think of, is Russ Feingold's proposal to censure Bush for the illegal domestic wiretapping. Other than that, Congress has been uncharacteristically mum on all of this . . .

Absolutely, if the republicans can nearly impeach Clinton for private, bedroom related activities, I see little problems in successfully impeach the whole lot. Sadly, this administrations activities is a far fly from what Republicanism is even all about, yet even those moderate Republicans are too afraid to speak up.

A president will not be impeached in a time of war, it's simply not going to happen. Also, IMHO, impeachment should be reserved for only the highest crimes, not because the guy is an idiot. We did, after all, elect him over the other idiot.

The political process in America is sorely in need of radical change, what we have, IN EFFECT, is two old family's battling for control, while they may bicker and fight between themselves, a third choice doesn't stand a chance, and the law supports that. The election process is a joke, voters in Iowa and New Hampshire determine who voters in Texas choose from; what kind of crap is that? You call that Democracy?

As far as republicans and democrats go, the republicans were placed in power by southern ( mostly democrat ) voters who were sick and tired of hearing about how guns kill people, how gays deserve special rights, and how abortion should be considered birth control. Add to that the fact that white people should be the last in line for hiring for a government job, or for a government contractor, regardless of qualifications, and it's no surprise that the democrats are losing ground.

If the democrats would stop trying to please every “special interest” that pops up and use some common sense, they could take this country by storm, but it wont happen, too much old money and old leadership is in charge.

OK, I'm through venting now!

We did, after all, elect him over the other idiot. If impeachment were truly reserved for the "highest crimes", then let the proceeding begin, with charges of murder and treason for starters. You'll note that these are higher crimes than lying about whether or not one has --- with an intern.

This is essentially true. However, with the spectre of vote fraud hanging overhead, did the American people really "elect him over the other idiot."?

If the Dems want to regain control, they are going to have to field some strong candidates. Its that simple. Also, people are sick and tired of a government that's bent on micro-managing every aspect of their lives.
