I just bought my ST2 Replay in Feb. and now the damn thing doesn't work. It's frozen on the Sirius Logo screen when it first powers up. I called Sirius and they will cover it under warranty, but it's going to take 4-6 WEEKS! WTF is that! The guy in the warranty department said they are on national backorder. I could go to a Circuit City that is literally 2 minutes away and buy a new one since they have a bunch in stock. The customer service I recieved was terrible, just to add to my frustration. I'm not sure what to do, do I have any other options?

Unfortunately no,unless they gave you authorization to get it serviced. Warranties of any kind are like this and usually involve sending the device for repair/replacement unless you got an extended warrantee that allows for immediate replacement

The first thing I would do is ask for a manager and settle for nothing less. Tell them you are wiiling to pay for a new one locally and only want them to activate it while deactivating the broken unit. Tell them you will not pay a fee for this. (Don't tell Sirius the next part) Take the broken unit back to CC where they will refund your money and send the broken unit back for credit. No one gets hurt and everyone is happy. If that doesn't work, tell them you are going to cancel and buy XM if you don't get immediate satisfaction.
