Would it be possible to move a satellite setup from central america to Canada and resume reciving my programing. The satelite used by directv latino is the Galaxy 3C at 95.0°W with a latin american beam. The elevation in canada would be between 26° and 30° so I;m not sure if it would work. I think the latin american beam is probably a very limited foor print.
Thanks,
B

possible yes, however you would ned to use a larger dish to get it reliably

RiseStar, thanks. I have my original DTV dish, it's a 3 or 4 foot dish, not sure, it's in storage somewhere else. Do you think that would be enough or do you mean one o'dem large 6-8 footers?
Thnxs again,
B
