SECURITY?

Does anyone know of a way to block an ISP address
without costing alot of money?? i know there are sites
that you can run thru to block/hide your isp but all
the ones i know about are fee based..

i am trying to increase my privacy and would like to
block my true isp from being openly readable by anyone..

I am currently running a firewall and have several
other programs to protect myself.. but i have been
unable to block my isp..

any sugestions would be great..
