Sirius' Frear gave another excellent presentation and this morning's
trading confirms that. BUT why did Parsons not show up? More bad news
coming? Why is XM afraid to present in a question and answer session?
XM tanking again this morning.

Just more "flawless execution" of XM management with more of same to come.

Scene in XM's boardroom of late; board members all joining hands and trying
to contact the living.

He was on the Simpsons at one point making nonsensical ranting that
people didn't understand.

Rich,

Why do you say Gary Parsons did not show?

Gary Parsons, XM Chairman of the Board, did make a company presentation
and participated in the question and answer session at the Sanford C.
Bernstein & Co. Strategic Decisions Conference in New York, NY,
yesterday, May 31, 2006, at about 4:00 pm ET.

Did you leave the conference early? Are you confused? Or do you have
another reason for your error?

Please enlighten us.

XM was supposed to present today at the Friedman BIllings Ramsey Growth
Investor Conference earlier this morning.

Different situation than yesterdays.

Yea, it is a huge difference, considering XM wasn't supposed to show up
at Friedman Billings Ramsey Growth Investor Conference this morning...

And also note: **Please note that the schedule is subject to change.

They were never supposed to be there.

They were on the schedule, so they were supposed to be and backed out
Whether it was last minute or not I couldn't tell you, but they
would've never been on the schedule in the first place if they were
'never supposed to be there'.

Yea, ok then. Why don't you try to do a search and find out how many
places reported that they were going to be there? Then do a search on
the other conference and see how many places reported them being
there... Try again...

You said they were 'never supposed to be there'. That's obviously
incorrect since they were put on the schedule.

Heck Orbitcast thought they were supposed to be there too.

That obviously changed, but they were 'supposed to be there' at one
point or another because they'd not be on the schedule otherwise.

Think about it. These places don't arbitrarily put company names on
their schedules.

Doubtful. I think they were probably asked and declined.

All My Shrimp Was Dead and Gone

XM has consistently listened such presentations on its website in advance of
any such appearance.

Neither XM nor Sirius typically appears at ALL of these events unless they
are concerned about needing to raise more capital -- which XM need not be.

XM has appeared at 2-3 of these in the last couple weeks and it is just
going over the same crap.

XM has NEVER been about trying to talk up the share price.

Dear Captain Funn, in response to your questions and concerns let's
start with Parsons absence at the pre announced and scheduled personal
appearance. PARSONS DID NOT SHOW UP. No, I did not leave the
conference early, XM did not show up. Sirius did though. No, I am not
confused, but it seems you are. I have no reason for any error
committed by myself as I made no error. How about you?

ROTFLMAO. Remember Parsons on Cramer claiming XM would met and exceed
subscriber targets EASILY for end of year 2005? Ooops, Parsons missed
terribly while Pornero was selling every share of XM he could. This
was criminal and somebody should file a lawsuit against XM and Pornero.
