Could someone point me to someplace that I can buy a home stereo or boom
box with XM, a CD player and standard AM/FM?

If you mean online, I'd probably go to Crutchfields.com -- at least to
figure out what you want. But your question is pretty broad.

If you are looking for low-end, there are a couple of GPX devices that
can accommodate XM's Connect & Play antenna (which you can get for
another $29):

If you want to spend more, check out home stereo receivers from Yamaha,
Denon, Sony, Onkyo, and others

Or if you already have a home system you just want to plug something
into, you can get a SkyFi2 with a home kit, or get the Polk Home XM
tuner which is about $250:

Why do you want standard AM/FM and a CD player for?
