Looks like stiletto is already a registerd trade mark... Mesa boogie has a
device named stileto. Scroll down and you will see this "Stiletto® marks
Mesa's dedication to the legendary power behind heavy rock's British
ancestry. Razor

You'll find if you do a search at the USPTO office that many people use
that name as a trademark.
However, as far as I know you can trademark in different classes. For
instance, Goodyear is one of the people with the trademarked, as is a
Skin Care Products company. There's also an instructional Golf video
by that name apparently and even a fertilizer by that name. None of
these have any relation to electronics or satellite radio.

That's all well and good. But it isn't a "Electronic hardware device
for receiving satellite broadcast transmissions, and playing,
recording, organizing, manipulating, and reviewing text, data and audio
files".
Go look up the word Helix and you'll see many entries too in the
database.

Nationalcopyright.com appears to be a bumper page for someone who
acquired the website but never evolved it... It's like a faux search
engine/bumper page. Try:
